We offer free standard shipping on all products within the United States.

No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.


3. Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed according to the designated production cycle.

Estimated shipping timeframes are clearly stated on each product page.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment occurs based on this structured schedule.


4. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Tracking information will be provided once available.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photos of product and packaging

If verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine appropriate resolution.

At this time, we ship only within the United States unless otherwise stated.
